Prepayment
In the case of advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment:
After your order in our online shop you will receive the payment information by e-mail.
You transfer the amount to our account. Please indicate "your order number" as reason for payment
After we have received your payment, we will process your order immediately.

First receive the goods, check and then pay!! If you choose the purchase on account option when paying, PayPal will pay us immediately and you have the opportunity to pay within 14 days. After you have received the hair extensions, follow the payment instructions in the email PayPal sent to you.

DISPATCH
Mia&Pia hair extensions are made immediately after receipt of the order and then undergo a quality check. In some cases our products also undergo a second quality control. The shipments are sent by DPD as standard shipping. The delivery times for Germany and Austria are about 5 to 7 working days.

DELIVERY TIME
How long does it take for your hair to arrive?
After receiving your order, your Mia & Pia hairpieces will be made immediately. Since we place great emphasis on gentle hair production and quality control of European hair by hand, the production of hair tapes, hair bonding and hair clips takes some time. Our delivery time is therefore about 5-7 working days AFTER receipt of payment. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a message via email with the tracking number of your shipment. This way you always know where your shipment is on its way and when your real hair will arrive. Of course we always try to make sure that you will get your hair extensions as soon as possible.
When paying in advance, please note that - depending on the bank - it may take another 2 to 4 working days until we receive your payment. Only then will we start with the hair production.
