We will process your personal data mentioned in point 2 for the following purposes:

Business initiation regarding our delivery and service offer;
handling of sales processes and the provision of services;
operation of a web shop, insofar as you use it;
administration of our customer relations, including contact maintenance and communication.
We collect this data directly from you within the scope of sales processes or the operation of our web shop or via our employees who are in contact with you.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, certain sales or communication processes will not be possible if you do not provide your personal data.

We process your personal data including cookies (see point 3) mentioned in Annex 1 either (i) on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the German Data Protection Regulation ("DSGVO"), which consists in the efficient management of our customer relations, or (ii) on the basis of the necessity to fulfil a contract with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

In some cases, we will process the above-mentioned data with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a), provided that you give it to us in a separate process.

Some of the recipients mentioned above are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country. However, we will only transfer your personal data to countries where the European Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or where we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. 5. storage period

Your personal data will only be kept by us for as long as we reasonably believe it is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 1 above and for as long as we deem it necessary to protect your personal data.
